Strength & Conditioning sessions are a supervised exercise program designed to improve strength, power, build muscle and change body composition. This is a very unique training system that has been developed by our coaching staff. The sessions cater for people of all levels. ONLY attend if you are prepared to work! 

The sessions are designed to:

  • Increase strength of entire body
  • Increase muscle mass
  • Increase fitness and conditioning level
  • Improve posture and functional strength
  • Change body composition
